Dulce si foarte parfumata.Este o incantare pentru iubitorii de bauturi dulcege si alcoolizate.Are o culoare minunata si un gust ...&lt;br /&gt;

==Ingrediente==&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Cantitatile sunt pentru un borcan/damigeana de 5l&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* 3-4 kg zmeura coapta&lt;br /&gt;
* 1.5 kg zahar tos&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 l alcool 90 grade&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
==Preparare==&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* se spala fructele in strecuratoare&lt;br /&gt;
* se scurg bine de apa si se aseaza in borcan/damigeana  incat fructele sa ocupe3/4 din volumul vasului&lt;br /&gt;
* se adauga zaharul si se scutura usor vasul&lt;br /&gt;
* se acopera vasul si se lasa in loc cald si umbros pana cand se topeste zaharul&lt;br /&gt;
* se agita usor vasul , zilnic&lt;br /&gt;
* cand zaharul este dizolvat complet se toarna alcoolul si se acopera bine vasul&lt;br /&gt;
* se depoziteaza in camara sau in beci si se lasa la macerat macar 2-3 luni&lt;br /&gt;
* se filtreaza cu rabdare prin filtrul fin de cafea&lt;br /&gt;
* se poate pastra si doi ani fara probleme&lt;br /&gt;
