* in cazul in care nu aveti deja bulion de gogosari, tocati ardeii prin masina de tocat si fierbeti bine pana obtineti o pasta gustoasa si dulce&lt;br /&gt;
* se adauga radacinoasele rase cu razatoarea cu ochiuri mari si dovleceii  rasi cu razatoarea mare de exemplu.&lt;br /&gt;
* se asezoneaza cu sare si pasta de ardei/piper&lt;br /&gt;
* se amesteca din cand in cand pana cand scade zeama lasata.Fierberea se face la foc potrivit spre mic.&lt;br /&gt;
* se adauga: sucul de rosii, bulionul si pasta de gogosari si se potriveste gustul cu sare si usturoi&lt;br /&gt;
* se continua fierberea pana cand zacusca scade bine si uleiul se ridica deasupra&lt;br /&gt;
* se pun aspirinele dizolvate in putina apa rece si se amesteca bine&lt;br /&gt;
* se pune zacusca in borcane care vor fi fierte la foc mic intr-un vas cu apa pe fundul caruia au fost puse de exemplu capace vechi de borcane.Fierberea se face timp de 45 de minute de cand incepe apa sa clocoteasca.&lt;br /&gt;
* se lasa borcanele la racit in vasul in care au fiert&lt;br /&gt;
* se depoziteaza in camara sau beci &lt;br /&gt;
