Este un ulei care imprumuta din savoarea condimentelor si plantelor aromatizate cu care este in contact&lt;br /&gt;
Baza o poate constitui un ulei de masline de calitate,sau chiar un ulei de floarea soarelui&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
==Ingrediente==&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* 500 ml ulei&lt;br /&gt;
* 2 ardei iuti uscati&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 fir de cimbru&lt;br /&gt;
* 4-5 frunze de salvie&lt;br /&gt;
* 3-4 catei mari de usturoi taiati&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 fir de rozmarin&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 foaie de dafin&lt;br /&gt;
Combinatiile si le alege fiecare&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
==Preparare==&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* intr-o sticla cu gura mai larga se introduc toate condimentele si plantele aromatice&lt;br /&gt;
* se toarna uleiul deasupra incat sa le acopere&lt;br /&gt;
* se inchide sticla cu un dop si se lasa la macerat in frigider timp de aproximativ 2 saptamani&lt;br /&gt;
* se foloseste la salate si sosuri&lt;br /&gt;
