* se calesc ceapa si ardeiul in uleiul incins pana cand ceapa devine sticloasa&lt;br /&gt;
* se adauga 1 cana de apa sau de supa de legume(chiar facuta din concentrat)&lt;br /&gt;
* se lasa sa fiarba la foc potrivit pana cand s-a inmuiat bine ceapa&lt;br /&gt;
* se adauga sucul de rosii si bulionul diluat in putina apa&lt;br /&gt;
* se adauga sare,piper si foaia de dafin si se mai da un clocot&lt;br /&gt;
* se pune zeama de lamaie dupa gust si usturoiul taiat marunt&lt;br /&gt;
* se ingroasa sosul cu putina faina amestecata cu apa rece ( sa nu aiba cocoloase)&lt;br /&gt;
* se opreste focul si se presara marar tocat deasupra&lt;br /&gt;
