* 500ml lapte&lt;br /&gt;
* 200g taitei cu ou&lt;br /&gt;
* 100g zahar&lt;br /&gt;
* 2 oua&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 pachetel zahar vanilat&lt;br /&gt;
* 20g unt&lt;br /&gt;
* sare&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
== Preparare ==&lt;br /&gt;
# se pun la fiert taiteii in lapte&lt;br /&gt;
# cand sunt aproape fierti se adauga zaharul vanilat si se mai lasa pe foc pana scade tot lichidul&lt;br /&gt;
# cand taiteii s-au racit, se adauga galbenusurile frecate cu putina sare apoi albusurile batute spuma&lt;br /&gt;
# compozitia, bine omogenizata, se toarna intr-o tava unsa cu unt si presarata cu zahar tos&lt;br /&gt;
# se pune in cuptorul incalzit la foc potrivit, 30-35 minute&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

Se serveste taiata in patratele sau romburi cu sos de vanilie.&lt;br /&gt;
