* dupa 1 ora,cand ciolanul este aproape facut,se adauga legumele spalate si taiate cubulete si se continua fierberea pana cand sunt toate fierte bine&lt;br /&gt;
* se scoate carnea si se taie cubulete&lt;br /&gt;
* se scot si se paseaza legumele cu putina zeama in care au fiert&lt;br /&gt;
* se amesteca piureul de legume cu carnea si se adauga zeama pana cand obtineti consistenta dorita&lt;br /&gt;
* se adauga sare si piper&lt;br /&gt;
* se drege supa cu smantana amestecata cu galbenusul( peste acest amestec se toarna cate putina zeama de supa si se amesteca bine .Se doreste egalizarea temperaturii dintre supa si amestecul de smantana .Abia in acest moment se toarna smantana in oala.Procedeul se numeste temperare.Fara el se taie smantana si oul se gateste formand zdrente)&lt;br /&gt;
