Plina de gust si culoare, te cucereste prin simplitate si rafinament.Este un minunat amestec de legume proaspete potrivit portionate si cartofi noi rumeni si crocanti la exterior si pufosi la interior.Poate fi un pranz usor sau o cina delicioasa.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
==Ingrediente==&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Cantitatile se stabilesc de catre fiecare in functie de numarul de persoane care vor consuma salata.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* rosii cherry&lt;br /&gt;
* castraveti&lt;br /&gt;
* ceapa verde&lt;br /&gt;
* patrunjel verde taiat potrivit&lt;br /&gt;
* cartofi noi mici&lt;br /&gt;
* ulei de masline&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 lamaie&lt;br /&gt;
* branza grasa pentru ras peste cartofi&lt;br /&gt;
* sare&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
==Preparare==&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* se spala cartofii si se fierb cu tot cu coaja in apa cu sare&lt;br /&gt;
* se spala si taie legumele in bucati potrivite&lt;br /&gt;
* cartofii fierti se aseaza intr-o tava acoperita cu hartie de copt.Daca cartofii sunt mai mari vor fi taiati in bucatele mai mici&lt;br /&gt;
* Se stropesc cartofii cu ulei de masline si zeama de lamaie si se adauga putina sare mare&lt;br /&gt;
* se da tava la cuptor la foc potrivit timp de cateva minute pana cand devin rumeni si crocanti la exterior si pufosi la interior&lt;br /&gt;
* se rade branza peste cartofii fierbinti&lt;br /&gt;
* se amesteca legumele cu cartofii fierbinti si se asezoneaza cu sare mare&lt;br /&gt;
* se serveste ca fel principal sau ca garnitura la diverse fripturi&lt;br /&gt;
