==Preparare==&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* se bate pieptul ca pentru snitele de pui( vezi reteta)&lt;br /&gt;
* se presara carnea cu sare si piper&lt;br /&gt;
* se unge pieptul cu putin mustar&lt;br /&gt;
* se taie morcovul,ardeiul si sunca presata in bastonase&lt;br /&gt;
* se ruleaza pieptul cu legumele si sunca presata in interior.Sulul format se ruleaza strans in folie de aluminiu si se fierbe in apa deja clocotita timp de 20 minute&lt;br /&gt;
* se scoate ruloul,se indeparteaza folia,se da prin faina alba ,ou si apoi prin susan&lt;br /&gt;
* se prajeste cu grija si se rumeneste usor pe toate partile.Focul trebuie sa fie mic incat sa nu se arda susanul( devine amar)&lt;br /&gt;
* la servire se taie in doua fiecare rulou incat sa se vada umplutura&lt;br /&gt;
* se serveste cu salata si garnitura de cartofi natur de ex&lt;/div&gt;</description>
