* 2-3 linguri zeama de lamaie -dupa gust( puteti sa nu puneti)&lt;br /&gt;

==Preparare==&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* se prepara crema de branza -vezi reteta&lt;br /&gt;
* se spala si se sterg bine rosiile&lt;br /&gt;
* se taie cu un cutit ascutit in forma de cosulet,se scobesc cu o lingurita si se presara in interior cu putina sare&lt;br /&gt;
* se intorc &amp;quot;cosuletele &amp;quot;cu gura in jos si se lasa asa cam 30 min pentru a se scurge sucul in exces&lt;br /&gt;
* se tamponeaza rosiile in interior cu un prosop din hartie si apoi se umplu cu crema de branza&lt;br /&gt;
* se orneaza cu 1 frunza de patrunjel verde&lt;/div&gt;</description>
