Ingredientele sunt pentru 2 portii.&lt;br /&gt;
* 2 pulpe mari si fara spate&lt;br /&gt;
* 4-5 ciuperci proaspete sau din conserva&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 catel de usturoi mare&lt;br /&gt;
* 50g cascaval&lt;br /&gt;
* sare si piper dupa gust&lt;br /&gt;
* 4-5 linguri ulei &lt;br /&gt;
* zeama de la 0.5 lamai &lt;br /&gt;
* 1 lingurita pasta de tomate&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 cana de supa de pui sau apa&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 lingurita miere de albine &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
== Preparare ==&lt;br /&gt;
# se taie marunt ciupercile &lt;br /&gt;
# se taie marunt usturoiul&lt;br /&gt;
# se spala pulpele si cu grija se indeparteaza pielea de pulpe, facand parca niste buzunare (atat cat se poate)&lt;br /&gt;
# se rade cascavalul fin&lt;br /&gt;
# intr-o tigaie se pun la incalzit 2-3 linguri de ulei&lt;br /&gt;
# se caleste usturoiul, si apoi se calesc si ciupercile, scazand bine zeama pe care acestea o lasa&lt;br /&gt;
# se amesteca cu pasta de rosii sarea si piperul&lt;br /&gt;
#* cand umplutura este rece, se amesteca si cu cascavalul ras&lt;br /&gt;
# se umplu cu grija pulpele cu compozitia de ciuperci&lt;br /&gt;
# intr-o tava se pun cateva linguri de ulei, pulpele si cana de supa&lt;br /&gt;
# se introduc pulpele in tava. Se acopera tava cu folie de aluminiu cat mai etans cu putinta incat pulpele sa se faca inabusit.&lt;br /&gt;
# se da tava la cuptor pentru 30 min, dupa care se indeparteaza folia, lasand pulpele sa se rumeneasca frumos&lt;br /&gt;
#* pentru luciu si un gust bun, pulpele se stropesc din cand in cand cu sos din tava si cu amestecul de zeama de lamaie, sare si miere de albine&lt;br /&gt;

== Servire ==&lt;br /&gt;
Cand s-au rumenit frumos, se servesc cu cartofi fierti, taiati cuburi si caliti cu o lingura de unt si asezonati cu sare si piper (presarati patrunjel verde tocat marunt)&lt;br /&gt;
