Gustoasa si aspectuoasa, se prepara usor si nu necesita pricepere deosebita in bucatarie.Este mai gustoasa daca in loc de suc Fanta se foloseste suc proaspat de portocale aromatizat cu esenta de portocala.&lt;br /&gt;

==Ingrediente==&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Cantitatile sunt pentru o tava de 25 cm/35 cm&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Blat&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* 6 oua&lt;br /&gt;
* 100 ml ulei&lt;br /&gt;
* 6 linguri de zahar&lt;br /&gt;
* 2 linguri cacao&lt;br /&gt;
* 4 linguri faina&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 plic praf de copt&lt;br /&gt;
* 0.5 lingurita sare&lt;br /&gt;
* esenta de vanilie&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Crema&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* 500 g branza grasa de vaci-bine scursa&lt;br /&gt;
* 200 g unt &lt;br /&gt;
* 150 g zahar pudra&lt;br /&gt;
* esenta de vanilie&lt;br /&gt;
* putina sare&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Glazura&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* 800 ml suc Fanta de portocale(mai bine un suc natural din fructe)&lt;br /&gt;
* 2 plicuri budinca de vanilie&lt;br /&gt;
* 5 linguri de zahar&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
==Preparare==&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Blatul&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* se amesteca zaharul cu galbenusurile dar nu prea mult, deoarece amestecul trebuie sa ramana fluid si nu spumos&lt;br /&gt;
* se adauga uleiul putin cate putin amestecand pentru a se omogeniza&lt;br /&gt;
* se adauga faina cernuta impreuna cu cacao si praful de copt&lt;br /&gt;
* se amesteca bine&lt;br /&gt;
* se bat albusurile spuma cu sare &lt;br /&gt;
* se incorporeaza albusurile in galbenusuri amestecand de jos in sus si dinspre margini spre interior, folosind un tel.Se obtine un aluat spumos care curge destul de greu&lt;br /&gt;
* se tapeteaza tava cu hartie si se toarna aluatul&lt;br /&gt;
* se coace blatul in cuptorul incins si la mijlocul lui, la foc mic.Coacerea dureaza circa 20 minute .Aluatul este copt atunci cand marginile lui se desprind de hartia de copt sau cand scobitoare infipta in aluat iese curata&lt;br /&gt;
* se lasa blatul la racit&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Crema&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* se freaca spuma untul cu zaharul.Untul este moale, fiind scos din frigider cu cateva ore inainte de folosire&lt;br /&gt;
* se amesteca untul cu:branza, sarea si esenta.Se obtine o crema foarte gustoasa&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Glazura&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* se prepara folosind indicatiile de pe plic numai ca in loc de lapte se foloseste suc&lt;br /&gt;
* se amesteca pe foc pana se ingroasa&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Montare prejiturii&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* se intinde uniform crema de branza peste blatul copt si racit&lt;br /&gt;
* se toarna peste crema glazura calduta si se niveleaza frumos&lt;br /&gt;
* se da prejitura la rece pentru circa 2 ore, timp in care glazura se intareste&lt;br /&gt;
* se taie in romburi si se serveste&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Nota&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* pentru un gust mai bun al prajiturii se recomanda folosire sucului natural de portocale in loc de suc Fanta. Deoarece sucul natural nu are o aroma mai pronuntata care sa fie simtita in glazura, este recomandata folosirea unei esente de portocala pentru aromatizare.&lt;br /&gt;
