==Preparare==&lt;br /&gt;

&amp;amp;nbsp;Aluatul&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* se amesteca iaurtul,uleiul,sarea,piperul si putin chimen macinat&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* se adauga faina cernuta si praful de copt&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* se framanta bine si se obtine un aluat elastic &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* se fac 2 foi&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;amp;nbsp;Umplutura&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* se taie ceapa marunt si ciupercile cuburi mici&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* se calesc&amp;amp;nbsp; ceapa si ciupercile in uleiul incins&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* se adauga carnea si 1 ceasca de apa&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* se adauga sare si piper si se amesteca pentru a se desface si gati carnea.Compozitia&amp;amp;nbsp; nu trebuie sa aiba bulgarasi de carne si nu trebuie sa fie zemoasa ci uscata&lt;br /&gt;

* se lasa umplutura sa se raceasca si se adauga ouale batute putin si mararul taiat fin&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* se unge o tava cu ulei si se aseaza pe fundul ei una dintre foile de aluat&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* se toarna umplutura si se aseaza deasupra cea de a doua foaie de aluat&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* placinta se unge deasupra cu galbenus de ou&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* se da tava la cuptor,la foc potrivit&amp;amp;nbsp; pentru circa 40 minute &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* placinta este gata cand este bine rumenita&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* se poate servi calda sau rece cu un pahar de bere sau de vin alaturi&lt;/div&gt;</description>
