==Ingrediente==&lt;br /&gt;

Cantitatile sunt pentru 2 portii&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 piept de pui dezosat&lt;br /&gt;
* 250 ml smantana pentru gatit&lt;br /&gt;
* 25 g unt&lt;br /&gt;
* 2-3 linguri ulei&lt;br /&gt;
* sare&lt;br /&gt;
* piper&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 ceasca de vin alb&lt;br /&gt;
* patrunjel verde&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
==Preparare==&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* se spala si se taie pieptul in doua bucati egale&lt;br /&gt;
* se bate usor carnea cu ciocanul pentru snitele aplatizand partile mai proeminente&lt;br /&gt;
* se asezoneaza carnea cu sare si piper&lt;br /&gt;
* se pune o tigaie la incins.Se adauga in tigaie untul si uleiul&lt;br /&gt;
* se rumenesc frumos bucatile de carne pe ambele parti&lt;br /&gt;
* se adauga smantana si se continua gatirea carnii cate 3-4 minute pe fiecare parte&lt;br /&gt;
* se adauga vinul si patrunjelul taiat fin&lt;br /&gt;
* se asezoneaza cu sare si piper&lt;br /&gt;
* se mai tine tigaia pe foc 5 minute pana se evapora alcoolul&lt;br /&gt;
* se serveste fierbinte cu garnitura de cartofi sau de orez &lt;br /&gt;
