== Preparare ==&lt;br /&gt;
# intr-un castron mare, se freaca spuma untul cu zaharul pudra&lt;br /&gt;
#* pentru aceasta, untul trebuie sa fie la temperatura camerei&lt;br /&gt;
# se adauga sarea, aromele si zeama de lime, amestecand usor&lt;br /&gt;
# se adauga faina cernuta si amestecata cu amidonul de porumb&lt;br /&gt;
# se obtine un aluat destul de moale, care se imparte in doua parti egale si se intinde pe 2 bucati de hartie pergament sau folie&lt;br /&gt;
# cu ajutorul acestor hartii, strangem aluatul sub forma a doi cilindri cu diametru cat mai egal&lt;br /&gt;
# se da aluatul la congelator pentru macar 1 ora&lt;br /&gt;
#* se poate pastra acolo si 3 luni, folosindu-l cand avem nevoie&lt;br /&gt;
# se taie discuri, cu grosime cat mai egala, care se coc la foc potrivit, pana incep sa se rumeneasca pe margini (12-15 min)&lt;br /&gt;
# se pudreaza cu zahar farin&lt;br /&gt;
