==Ingrediente==&lt;br /&gt;

==Preparare==&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* se spala bine pulpa de miel&lt;br /&gt;
* pe partea interioara a pulpei, se taie cu satarul oasele din loc in loc fara a desprinde bucatile de carne, incat friptura sa poata fi usor portionata&lt;br /&gt;
* se curata si se spala cartofii&lt;br /&gt;
* se taie cartofii rondele&lt;br /&gt;
* se unge o tava cu ulei si se aseaza pe fundul ei rondele de cartofi formand un &amp;quot;pat&amp;quot;&lt;br /&gt;
* se asezoneaza cartofii cu sare,piper si cimbru&lt;br /&gt;
* se freaca carnea de miel cu sare,piper,cimbru si usturoi pisat&lt;br /&gt;
* pulpa de miel poate fi impanata cu catei de usturoi-dupa gust&lt;br /&gt;
* se aseaza apoi pulpa in tava si se toarna deasupra ei putin ulei&lt;br /&gt;
* se toarna peste cartofi si carne sucul de rosii&lt;br /&gt;
* se taie cateva rondele de rosii si se orneaza preparatul&lt;br /&gt;
* se da tava la cuptor,la foc potrivit ,pana cand se rumeneste frumos si carnea este moale&lt;br /&gt;
* spre final, se toarna vinul alb si se mai lasa friptura in cuptor cam 10 minute&lt;br /&gt;
* daca mai este nevoie, in timpul prepararii se mai poate adauga cate 1 ceasca de apa&lt;br /&gt;
* pe toata durata prepararii se unge carnea cu sos din tava pentru a nu se arde si pentru luciu&lt;br /&gt;
* friptura de miel se serveste calda cu cartofii din tava si cu salata verde de sezon&lt;br /&gt;
* se aseaza carnea de miel(impanata sau nu cu usturoi)&lt;/div&gt;</description>
