Spectaculoase,crocante si merita facute pentru ca se pregatesc repede&lt;br /&gt;

==Ingrediente==&lt;br /&gt;

Cantitatile sunt pentru 4 cosulete&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* 4 foi subtiri de placinta -din comert&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 piept de pui &lt;br /&gt;
* 3-4 ciuperci&lt;br /&gt;
* 100 g cascaval&lt;br /&gt;
* sare&lt;br /&gt;
* piper&lt;br /&gt;
* 3-4 linguri ulei&lt;br /&gt;
* 2-3 catei de usturoi&lt;br /&gt;
* unt topit pentru uns foile de aluat-cam 50 grame&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
==Preparare==&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* pieptul de pui se taie cubulete mici&lt;br /&gt;
* ciupercile se taie felii subtiri&lt;br /&gt;
* se rade fin cascavalul&lt;br /&gt;
* se taie usturoiul felii subtiri&lt;br /&gt;
* se calesc in putin ulei incins bucatile de carne si usturoiul&lt;br /&gt;
* se adauga si ciupercile si se rumenesc toate impreuna pana capata o culoare aurie&lt;br /&gt;
* se asezoneaza cu sare si piper&lt;br /&gt;
* se taie in patru o foaie de placinta&lt;br /&gt;
* se ung cele 4 sferturi de foaie cu unt topit si se suprapun dar in asa fel incat colturile sa fie decalate intre ele &lt;br /&gt;
* se procedeaza la fel cu fiecare foaie&lt;br /&gt;
* se iau 4 forme termorezistente de crema sau prajitura dar mai adanci &lt;br /&gt;
* se imbraca interiorul formelor  cu foile de placinta decalate-formeaza un cosulet&lt;br /&gt;
* se umplu cosuletele cu amestecul racit din  carne si ciuperci&lt;br /&gt;
* se presara deasupra cascaval ras si se dau 5 minute la cuptor pana se rumenesc foile cosuletului si se gratineaza cascavalul&lt;/div&gt;</description>
