# din oua, faina, lapte, sare si piper se pregateste un aluat de clatite&lt;br /&gt;
#* dupa gust, in compozitie se pot pune si cateva frunze de patrunjel taiate foarte marunt&lt;br /&gt;
# daca mai este nevoie se mai pune faina sau lapte&lt;br /&gt;
#* de retinut este faptul ca pot fi si mai grosute clatitele&lt;br /&gt;
# se coc clatitele intr-o tigaie unsa cu ulei&lt;br /&gt;
# se caleste ceapa taiata marunt impreuna cu ciupercile taiate cubulete&lt;br /&gt;
#* ciupercile se storc de apa, daca se folosesc ciuperci din conserve&lt;br /&gt;
# se potriveste gustul de sare si piper&lt;br /&gt;
# cand compozitia este rece se amesteca cu cascavalul ras&lt;br /&gt;
