==Descriere==&lt;br /&gt;
Este o mancare fina,consistenta si extrem de usor de preparat&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
==Ingrediente==&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Cantitatile sunt pentru 2-3 portii&lt;br /&gt;
* 500 g ciuperci proaspete sau din conserva&lt;br /&gt;
* 200 g faina alba&lt;br /&gt;
* 200 g unt/margarina&lt;br /&gt;
* 2-3 linguri ulei&lt;br /&gt;
* sare&lt;br /&gt;
* piper&lt;br /&gt;
* marar verde&lt;br /&gt;
* 1-2 catei de usturoi&lt;br /&gt;
* zeama de lamaie&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
==Preparare==&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* se curata si se spala bine ciupercile&lt;br /&gt;
* ciupercile se taie felii potrivite ca marime si se calesc in putin ulei&lt;br /&gt;
* se adauga la calit si usturoiul taiat feliute subtiri&lt;br /&gt;
* intr-o cratita se topeste untul si se caleste cu faina &lt;br /&gt;
* se amesteca bine pentru a nu se forma cocoloase&lt;br /&gt;
* se stinge cu 2 cani de supa de pui sau de zarzavat(poate fi facuta si din concentrat)si se amesteca cu ciupercile calite&lt;br /&gt;
* se fierbe la foc mic,timp de cateva minute,pana se inmoaie ciupercile&lt;br /&gt;
* se adauga sare,piper si marar tocat fin&lt;br /&gt;
* dupa gust,se poate adauga si putina zeama de lamaie(lamaia are rolul de a accentua gustul ciupercilor)&lt;br /&gt;
* daca este preparata cu margarina si supa de zarzavat ciulamaua aceasta este o mancare de post&lt;br /&gt;
* se stropeste mancarea cu putin unt topit pentru a nu se forma crusta&lt;br /&gt;
* se serveste cu mamaliga calda&lt;/div&gt;</description>
