* 300-350 g branza Feta&lt;br /&gt;
* 100 g masline rondele&lt;br /&gt;
* ulei de masline&lt;br /&gt;
* sare&lt;br /&gt;
* piper&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
==Preparare&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* se spala si se scot cotoarele ardeilor prin decupare cu un cutit ascutit&lt;br /&gt;
* se taie fiecare ardei in cate 3 parti pe lung obtinand care 3 &amp;quot;barcute&amp;quot;&lt;br /&gt;
* se asezoneaza ardeii cu sare si piper si se stropesc cu putin ulei de masline&lt;br /&gt;
* se pun ardeii pe gratar la foc potrivit si fara flacara.Cand ardeii incep sa se coaca, se pune in fiecare &amp;quot;barcuta&amp;quot; putina branza Feta sfaramata si cateva rondele de masline&lt;br /&gt;
* se tin ardeii pe gratar pana cand incepe branza sa se topeasca &lt;br /&gt;
* se servesc calzi alaturi de carne fripta&lt;br /&gt;
* se aseaza pe gratar atunci cand ne pregatim sa scoatem carnea de pe gratar&lt;/div&gt;</description>
