==Descriere==&lt;br /&gt;
Este o bautura slab alcoolizata si acidulata placut,care se prepara foarte usor&lt;br /&gt;
Este de fapt o socata tinuta la fermentat mai mult timp&lt;br /&gt;
==Ingrediente==&lt;br /&gt;
* 10 litri apa&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 kg zahar tos&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 cub de 25 grame drojdie proaspata&lt;br /&gt;
* 3-4 lamai&lt;br /&gt;
* 3-4 portocale&lt;br /&gt;
* 10-12&amp;quot;palarii&amp;quot;floare de soc&lt;br /&gt;
==Preparare==&lt;br /&gt;
* se spala citricele si florile de soc&lt;br /&gt;
* intr-o galeata,damigeana sau borcan se toarna apa&lt;br /&gt;
* se adauga florile de soc,drojdia si zaharul&lt;br /&gt;
* se stoarce sucul citricelor si se adauga impreuna cu cojile in vas&lt;br /&gt;
* se amesteca bine pana se dizolva zaharul si se acopera vasul cu un capac lejer,care permite iesirea gazelor produse prin fermentatie&lt;br /&gt;
* se amesteca zilnic timp de 3-4 zile si cand incepe sa fermenteze,se filtraza si se depoziteaza intr-o damigeana curata,unde se continua fermentarea ca la orice vin,timp de circa 7 zile-depinde de cat de cald este in locul de depozitare&lt;br /&gt;
* se trage in sticle care se umplu doar pe 3/4&lt;br /&gt;
* se depoziteaza intr-un loc racoros si se consuma rece&lt;br /&gt;
* ATENTIE!la deschiderea sticlelor.Continutul este acidulat ca un spumos.&lt;br /&gt;
