        se bate albusul cu zaharul, se adauga galbenusurile, nuca, faina si praful de copt&lt;br /&gt;

Crema: 200 gr unt, 200gr zahar pudra, 2 oua, 3 linguri cafea fiarta, 140 gr nuci prajite si taiate, vanilie, se amesteca in aceasta ordine.&lt;br /&gt;
Se unge blatul cu gem de caise, se pune crema deasupra, se rade ciocolata.&lt;br /&gt;
