Un veritabil resfat pentru familie sau prieteni.Este o reteta simpla care se prepara in circa 2 ore dar care necesita cateva ore bune pentru racire.Dar asteptarea merita toti banii cum se spune.Se obtin circa 2 kg de toba gustoasa si aromata[sau circa 10-12 portii].Simplu si cu cat mai putine E-ri.&lt;br /&gt;

==Ingrediente==&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Cantitatile sunt pentru o tava de chec sau de cozonac cu toba sau circa 1.5 kg preparat.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* 800 g piept de pui fara piele si fara os&lt;br /&gt;
* 700 g pulpe de pui dezosate si fara piele&lt;br /&gt;
* 3-4 catei de usturoi&lt;br /&gt;
* 0.5 lingurita piper negru proaspat si fin macinat&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 lingura boia dulce de ardei&lt;br /&gt;
* 2 lingurite sare&lt;br /&gt;
* 30 g gelatina&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
==Preparare==&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* Se spala carnea si se taie fasii subtiri&lt;br /&gt;
* se amesteca bine carnea cu toate mirodeniile si gelatina&lt;br /&gt;
* se pune amestecul de carne si mirodenii intr-o punga de copt bine inchisa la gura si se aseaza intr-o tava de friptura&lt;br /&gt;
* se coace totul la 180-200 grade timp de circa 45-50 minute&lt;br /&gt;
* se leaga strans punga si calda se aseaza intr-o tava de chec sau de cozonac&lt;br /&gt;
* se aseaza deasupra o greutate si se lasa sa se raceasca complet dupa care se da la frigide cateva ore&lt;br /&gt;
* se scoate din punga si portioneaza frumos &lt;br /&gt;
* se serveste ca aperitiv sau dupa nevoi si imaginatie&lt;br /&gt;
