Cantitatile sunt pentru o tava rotunda pentru tarta, cu diametrul de 24 cm.&lt;br /&gt;

Aluatul de tarta&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* 300 g faina alba&lt;br /&gt;
* 150 g unt&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 ou&lt;br /&gt;
* 150 ml lapte caldut&lt;br /&gt;
* 0.5 lingurita sare&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Umplutura&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* 200g branza tartinabila sau branza proaspata de vaci&lt;br /&gt;
* 200 g smantana&lt;br /&gt;
* marar verde&lt;br /&gt;
* sare si piper-dupa gust&lt;br /&gt;

Topingul de legume&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* jumatate ardei gras rosu&lt;br /&gt;
* jumatate ardei gras verde&lt;br /&gt;
* o rosie mare&lt;br /&gt;
* o bucatica dovlecel&lt;br /&gt;
* o vanata mica&lt;br /&gt;
* o ceapa potrivita&lt;br /&gt;
* 4 ciuperci&lt;br /&gt;
* 2 oua &lt;br /&gt;
* un cubulet mic de unt&lt;br /&gt;
* sare -dupa gust&lt;br /&gt;

==Preparare==&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preparare toping de legume&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* se curata si se spala legumele&lt;br /&gt;
* se taie marunt ceapa si ciupercile si se calesc cu un cub de unt&lt;br /&gt;
* se taie marunt si celelalte legume si se amesteca impreuna cu cele deja calite&lt;br /&gt;
* amestecul de legume se lasa putin la racit si se leaga cu cele doua oua batute usor cu putina sare&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preparare aluat &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* se bate oul spuma cu putina sare, se amesteca cu untul moale, laptele si faina&lt;br /&gt;
* se amesteca bine si se obtine un aluat fraged&lt;br /&gt;
* aluatul obtinut se intinde intr-o tava, de preferat rotunda cu diametrul de 24 cm ridicand aluatul si pe peretii formei.Se preseaza usor aluatul la partea superioara a formei pentru a nu permite aluatului sa se &amp;quot;stanga&amp;quot; in timpul coacerii&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preparare umplutura&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* se prepara o pasta facuta din branza, smantana si verdeata &lt;br /&gt;
(in loc de branza tartinabila se poate folosi branza proaspata de vaci la care se adauga sare).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Aranjarea tartei&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* Peste aluatul din tava se intinde frumos umplutura si deasupra se toarna topingul de legume&lt;br /&gt;
* Se coace la foc potrivit si la mijlocul cuptorului pana se rumeneste frumos&lt;br /&gt;
* Se consuma calda sau rece &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
