* se spala si se sterg de apa ficateii&lt;br /&gt;
* se curata si se taie marunt ceapa&lt;br /&gt;
* se curata si se taie felii usturoiul si ciupercile&lt;br /&gt;
* se calesc usor ficateii in uleiul incins dupa care se scot pe o farfurie&lt;br /&gt;
* in uleiul ramas se caleste ceapa si usturoiul pana cand ceapa devine sticloasa&lt;br /&gt;
* se adauga ciupercile si se continua inabusirea legumelor&lt;br /&gt;
* se asezoneaza cu sare si piper si se amesteca bine&lt;br /&gt;
* se adauga 1 ceasca de supa sau apa si se fierbe inabusit pana cand legumele sunt bine facute&lt;br /&gt;
* se adauga ficateii si vinul alb si se mai fierbe totul 5 minute&lt;br /&gt;
* se asezoneaza cu zeama de lamaie dupa gust&lt;br /&gt;
* se servesc fierbinti,cu cartofi natur si salata de sezon&lt;br /&gt;
