* se infuzeaza timp de cateva minute laptele fierbinte cu ceapa,dafinul si usturoiul zdrobit&lt;br /&gt;
* se strecoara laptele si se raceste putin&lt;br /&gt;
* se topeste untul intr-o tigaie si se caleste usor faina amestecand continuu cu telul incat sa nu se formeze cocoloase&lt;br /&gt;
* se adauga treptat laptele amestecand mereu &lt;br /&gt;
* se adauga sare dupa gust&lt;br /&gt;
* atunci cand se doreste un sos mai consistent se mareste cantitatea de faina la aceeasi cantitate de lapte&lt;/div&gt;</summary>
