==Descriere==&lt;br /&gt;
Delicioasa,pufoasa si aspectuoasa&lt;br /&gt;
Contine foarte putin zahar&lt;br /&gt;
==Ingrediente==&lt;br /&gt;
* 200 g faina alba &lt;br /&gt;
* 150 g zahar+ 50 g pentru caramelizat&lt;br /&gt;
* 150 g unt 80% grasime&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 cutie compot de ananas rondele&lt;br /&gt;
* 2 oua&lt;br /&gt;
* 2-3 linguri lapte&lt;br /&gt;
* 2 lingurite praf de copt&lt;br /&gt;
* zeama de la jumatate de lamaie&lt;br /&gt;
* 2-3 linguri coniac&lt;br /&gt;
* esenta de vanilie dupa gust&lt;br /&gt;
* 0.5 lingurita de sare&lt;br /&gt;
==Preparare==&lt;br /&gt;
* se caramelizeaza zaharul,intr-o cratita cam de 3l.Se misca cratita,incat zaharul caramelizat sa acopere fundul si pereti vasului cam pe inaltimea de 2-3 cm&lt;br /&gt;
* se lasa cratita sa se raceasca si se aseaza pe fundul ei rondelele de ananas&lt;br /&gt;
* se freaca spuma untul moale,aflat la temperatura camerei,cu cele 150 g zahar&lt;br /&gt;
* se adauga coniacul si cele 2 oua si se omogenizeaza bine&lt;br /&gt;
* se stinge praful de copt cu zeama de lamaie si se adauga in compozitie&lt;br /&gt;
* se toarna faina in ploaie si se adauga 2-3 linguri de lapte,incat sa se obtina un aluat de consistenta aluatului de chec-curge greu&lt;br /&gt;
* se adauga sarea si esenta si apoi se omogenizeaza din nou&lt;br /&gt;
* se toarna aluatul peste rondelele de ananas si se da cratita  la cuptor,pana cand aluatul se coace-se verifica cu scobitoarea.Daca aceasta iese din aluat curata, aluatul este copt&lt;br /&gt;
* se scoate vasul din cuptor si se lasa 2-3 minute dupa care se rastoarna pe un platou.prajitura se serveste rece,cu un pahar de limonada sau de socata rece&lt;br /&gt;
