==Descriere==&lt;br /&gt;
Poate deveni preferata duminicilor voastre&lt;br /&gt;
Este o combinatie placuta intre un blat pufos si fructele aromate si frumos colorate&lt;br /&gt;
==Ingrediente==&lt;br /&gt;
* 500g faina alba&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 plic praf de copt&lt;br /&gt;
* 400 g zahar tos&lt;br /&gt;
* 6 oua&lt;br /&gt;
* 10 linguri ulei&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 ceasca apa minerala acidulata&lt;br /&gt;
* esenta de vanilie&lt;br /&gt;
* 0.5 lingurita de sare&lt;br /&gt;
* 250-300g capsune sau fructe de padure&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 plic zahar vanilinat&lt;br /&gt;
* zahar farin pentru pudrat&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
==Preparare==&lt;br /&gt;
* se spala,se scurg bine de apa si se scot coditele fructelor&lt;br /&gt;
* se taie capsunele in doua,pe lungime&lt;br /&gt;
* se separa albusurile de galbenusuri &lt;br /&gt;
* se bat albusurile spuma tare cu sarea&lt;br /&gt;
* se freaca spuma galbenusurile cu zaharul pana cand se dubleaza volumul acestora&lt;br /&gt;
* se adauga apa minerala si se continua baterea, pana cand zaharul este complet dizolvat&lt;br /&gt;
* se adauga esentele si uleiul si se amesteca bine&lt;br /&gt;
* se adauga faina cernuta impreuna cu praful de copt si se omogenizeaza&lt;br /&gt;
* se toarna o parte din compozitia de galbenusuri peste albusul spuma si se amesteca de jos in sus&lt;br /&gt;
* se adauga si restul de compozitie peste albusuri si se amesteca usor.Se obtine un aluat spumos si aromat&lt;br /&gt;
* se unge cu unt o tava de tort cu pereti detasabili si pe fund se pune o rondea din hartie de copt&lt;br /&gt;
* se toarna compozitia in tava si se da la cuptor,la foc potrivit cam 5-6 minute&lt;br /&gt;
* se scoate tava si fructele se aseaza frumos deasupra aluatului&lt;br /&gt;
* se da tava la cuptor pentru alte circa 30 minute,pana cand scobitoarea infipta in aluat iese curata&lt;br /&gt;
* prajitura se pudreaza calda,cu zahar pudra fin cernut,in care se poate pune 1 plic de zahar vanilinat&lt;br /&gt;
* se serveste rece,cu fructe proaspete si o cupa de inghetata de fructe de padure sau de vanilie&lt;br /&gt;
* se pot folosi si combinatii de fructe &lt;br /&gt;
* se poate adauga in aluat si 1 lingura coaja rasa de lamaie sau de portocala &lt;br /&gt;
