  Cantitatile sunt pentru 2 suluri de placinta&lt;br /&gt;

* 1 doza aluat de patiserie( vezi reteta)&lt;br /&gt;
* 0.5 kg carne slaba tocata de porc&lt;br /&gt;
* 0.250 g carne tocata de vita&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 ceapa mare&lt;br /&gt;
* 2-3 linguri ulei&lt;br /&gt;
* sare&lt;br /&gt;
* piper&lt;br /&gt;
* 2 oua+ 1 ou pentru uns placinta&lt;br /&gt;
* 3-4 linguri pesmet&lt;br /&gt;

==Preparare==&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* se taie marunt ceapa &lt;br /&gt;
* se amesteca ceapa si carnea intr-o tigaie in care au fost puse 2-3 linguri ulei si 1/2 cana de apa&lt;br /&gt;
* se asezoneaza  cu sare si piper si se acopera tigaia cu capacul pentru a se gati carnea.Se observe ca aceasta umplutura va fi pufoasa,fara aglomerari de carne &lt;br /&gt;
* sa gateste carnea pana cand a scazut tot sosul-cam 20 min la foc mic&lt;br /&gt;
* se raceste compozitia de carne.Se adauga ouale batute putin  si cateva linguri de pesmet care vor absorbi excesul de umiditate dim compozitie&lt;br /&gt;
* pe masa presarata cu faina se intind foile de placinta preparate dupa reteta cunoscuta(vezi reteta)&lt;br /&gt;
* se imparte compozitia in doua si se intinde sub forma unui sul pe mijlocul foilor. Foile se impacheteaza ca un plic si se cresteaza usor pentru a permite aburilor sa iasa din placinta.Se aseaza sulurile de placinta cu fata in sus( suprapunerile aluatului sunt dedesubt-pentru aspect)&lt;br /&gt;
* se unge placinta cu ou batut si se da la cuptor in tava pe hartie de copt&lt;br /&gt;
* se coace la foc mijlociu pana se rumeneste frumos&lt;br /&gt;
* se taie rece sau calda si se serveste de ex cu salata&lt;/div&gt;</summary>
