==Preparare==&lt;br /&gt;

* se asezoneaza pestele cu sare si piper&lt;br /&gt;
* se presara pestele cu faina si se prajeste intr-un amestec de ulei si unt(50 g unt)&lt;br /&gt;
* petele rumenit frumos pe ambele parti se aseaza pe servetele absorbante&lt;br /&gt;
* se taie ardeii grasi in felii subtiri si se pun la calit intr-o tigaie incinsa in care se pune  restul de unt&lt;br /&gt;
* se taie usturoiul fin si ceapa verde in segmente potrivite ca marime si se adauga in tigaie la calit&lt;br /&gt;
* se taie patrunjelul fin si se adauga si el&lt;br /&gt;
* se asezoneaza cu sare si piper&lt;br /&gt;
* se taie rosiile cuburi marisoare si ardeiul iute in felii subtiri si se adauga in tigaie &lt;br /&gt;
* se calesc legumele,amestecand cu grija pentru a nu sfarama feliile de ardei&lt;br /&gt;
* se adauga vinul alb si se mai dau cateva clocote pana se evapora alcoolul&lt;br /&gt;
* se aseaza legumele pe un platou si deasupra se aseaza pestele cald&lt;br /&gt;
