Fina, gustoasa si rafinata in acelasi timp.Se prepara mai ales in perioada de dupa sarbatorile de iarna, valorificand diversele bucatele de afumatura ramase neconsumate.&lt;br /&gt;

==Ingrediente==&lt;br /&gt;
Cantitatile se stabilesc in functie de numarul tartinelor pe care doriti sa le preparati.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* 500 g carne afumata&lt;br /&gt;
* 2-3 cartofi potriviti fierti in coaja&lt;br /&gt;
* 250 ml-350 ml smantana proaspata&lt;br /&gt;
* sare&lt;br /&gt;
* piper&lt;br /&gt;
* patrunjel verde, gogosari si castraveti murati pentru decor&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
==Preparare==&lt;br /&gt;
* se toaca fin carnea afumata(se considera ca procesul de preparare a afumaturilor a presupus si fierberea carnurilor.In caz contrar,  intai se fierbe bine carnea afumata si apoi se toaca)&lt;br /&gt;
* se curata de coaja cartofii fierti &lt;br /&gt;
* se face o pasta fina din cartofi zdrobiti cu pasatorul-ca pentru pireu&lt;br /&gt;
* se amesteca:afumatura tocata, cartofii zdrobiti si smantana&lt;br /&gt;
* se omogenizeaza bine si se regleaza consistenta preparatului din cantitatea de smantana folosita&lt;br /&gt;
* se asezoneaza cu piper si sare daca mai este nevoie&lt;br /&gt;
* se ung feliile de paine cu pasta de afumatura si se decoreaza cu: verdeata, felii de gogosari si castraveti murati&lt;br /&gt;
