Este imbinarea perfecta dintre un invelis crocant si miezul aromat si frumos colorat.&lt;br /&gt;
Umplutura pachetelelor poate fi facuta in infinite variante,in functie de gust si de posibilitati&lt;br /&gt;
==Ingrediente==&lt;br /&gt;
Cantitatile sunt pentru 12 pachetele&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 pachet foi de placinta(Linco,Morarita au 400 g si 12 foi)&lt;br /&gt;
* 300 g branza proaspata de vaci&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 lingura coaja rasa de lamaie&lt;br /&gt;
* 50 g stafide&lt;br /&gt;
* 50 ml de rom&lt;br /&gt;
* 3-4 linguri de zahar sau 2-3 linguri miere de albine&lt;br /&gt;
* 0.5 lingurita sare&lt;br /&gt;
* 6 banane bine coapte&lt;br /&gt;
* 2-3 linguri de gris&lt;br /&gt;
* 12 caise sau 6 piersici&lt;br /&gt;
* 100 ml unt&lt;br /&gt;
* zahar pudra pentru pudrat&lt;br /&gt;
==Preparare==&lt;br /&gt;
* se curata si se oparesc stafidele,cu putina apa clocotita,in care se pun 2 linguri de rom&lt;br /&gt;
* se prepara  o crema prin amestecarea:branzei bine scurse,cu zaharul/mierea/,coaja rasa de lamaie,sarea si pesmetul&lt;br /&gt;
* crema de branza va fi consistenta si aromata&lt;br /&gt;
* se scurg bine stafidele &lt;br /&gt;
* se taie fiecare foaie de placinta in cate 3 fasii,pe latimea ei&lt;br /&gt;
* se unge fiecare fasie cu unt topit si se suprapun,formand un teanc de 3 fasii&lt;br /&gt;
* pe fiecare teanc de fasii se pune 1 lingura de crema de branza,se presara stafide,se aseaza careva felii de piersica sau de caisa si cate o jumatate de banana&lt;br /&gt;
