==Descriere==&lt;br /&gt;

Este un fel de mancare deosebit de gustos si aspectuos si consta din foi subtiri de placinta,in care se ruleaza un amestec spectaculos de pui cu vin&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
==Ingrediente==&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Cantitatile sunt pentru 2 rulouri&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 piept de pui fara piele si dezosat&lt;br /&gt;
* 2 fire de ceapa verde&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 catel mare de usturoi&lt;br /&gt;
* 0.5 pahare de vin alb&lt;br /&gt;
* 50 cascaval&lt;br /&gt;
* 100 g branza Feta&lt;br /&gt;
* 2-3 linguri ulei&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 legatura patrunjel verde&lt;br /&gt;
* sare&lt;br /&gt;
* piper&lt;br /&gt;
* 4 foi subtiri de placinta din comert(tip filo)&lt;br /&gt;
* 2 linguri de unt topit sau ulei pentru uns foile&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
==Preparare==&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* se spala si se portioneaza pieptul in cubulete mici&lt;br /&gt;
* se taie ceapa verde in segmente de 2 cm&lt;br /&gt;
* se taie usturoiul marunt&lt;br /&gt;
* se pune carnea la calit in uleiul incins&lt;br /&gt;
* se adauga ceapa,usturoiul,sare si piper&lt;br /&gt;
* se adauga vinul si patrunjelul verde taiat fin si se caleste pana cand scade bine sosul&lt;br /&gt;
* se lasa carnea sa se raceasca&lt;br /&gt;
* se rade fin cascavalul si se sfarama bine branza Feta&lt;br /&gt;
* se amesteca branza,cascavalul si carnea si se obtine o compozitie foarte aromata&lt;br /&gt;
* se ia 1 foaie de placinta si se unge cu unt topit&lt;br /&gt;
* se aseaza deasupra ei o alta foaie care se unge si ea cu unt&lt;br /&gt;
* cele 2 foi suprapuse se indoaie in 2 pe latime incat avem acum un dreptunghi cu 4 foi suprapuse&lt;br /&gt;
* se pune la capatul pachetului de foi jumatate din compozitie si se impacheteaza bine avand grija la capete&lt;br /&gt;
* se ung rulourile cu putin ou batut si se dau la cuptorul incins la foc potrivit sa se coaca aproximativ 20 minute.Se pun in tava neunsa si fara hartie de copt.&lt;br /&gt;
