==Ingrediente==&lt;br /&gt;

 Sunt zeci de retete de oua umplute.cea mai utilizata este cea cu pateu de ficat amestecat cu unt si maioneza&lt;br /&gt;

 Cantitatile sunt pentru 10 persoane&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* 12 oua&lt;br /&gt;
* 400 ml ulei&lt;br /&gt;
* sare&lt;br /&gt;
* piper&lt;br /&gt;
* 4-5 linguri smantana&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 lamaie&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 pateu din ficat de pui&lt;br /&gt;
* 100 g unt&lt;br /&gt;
* 2-3 linguri mustar picant&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 salata&lt;br /&gt;
* 10-12 masline,felii de gogosar si castravete pentru decor&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
==Preparare==&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* se fierb tari 10 oua( vezi reteta)&lt;br /&gt;
* se taie ouale in doua pe lungime, folosind un cutit ascutit cu lama subtire.Se lucreaza cu grija pentru a nu se rupe albusurile.&lt;br /&gt;
* din 4 galbenusuri fierte,2 galbenusuri crude,ulei,sare si piper se prepara o maioneza simpla( vezi reteta)&lt;br /&gt;
* se amesteca maioneza cu zeama de lamaie si cu smantana&lt;br /&gt;
* se freaca spuma untul cu pateul de ficat.Se amesteca cu cele 6 galbenusuri fierte care au ramas de la prerarea maionezei.Galbenusurile se trec prin sita pentru a obtine o pasta fina.&lt;br /&gt;
* se adauga mustar,sare si piper si se omogenizeaza bine&lt;br /&gt;
* se umplu cu grija jumatatile de ou si se aseaza pe un platou decorat cu frunze de salata spalate si bine sterse. Pe fundul platoului se toarna maioneza si se decoreaza dupa gust si posibilitati&lt;br /&gt;
* daca ouale sunt umplute cu ceva timp inainte de servire pasta de pateu se va oxida si aspectul va fi neplacut.Se prefera sa se aseze peste umplutura diverse elemente de decor care sa impiedice acest lucru(felii de castavete murat,felii de gogosar,masline etc)&lt;br /&gt;
* pasta de pateu se foloseste la umplerea jumatatilor de ou&lt;br /&gt;
