* 1 cana de gris&lt;br /&gt;
* 4.5 cani de lapte&lt;br /&gt;
* 5-6 linguri de zahar&lt;br /&gt;
* 0.25 lingurita sare&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 plic zahar vanilinat&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 lingura de unt&lt;br /&gt;
* dulceata sau sirop de fructe&lt;br /&gt;

==Preparare==&lt;br /&gt;
* se fierbe laptele cu sarea si zaharul&lt;br /&gt;
* cand laptele da in clocot se adauga grisul in ploaie si se amesteca bine pentru a nu se forma cocoloase&lt;br /&gt;
* se fierbe la foc mic timp de 15-20 minute,pana cand grisul fierbe si compozitia se ingroasa&lt;br /&gt;
* spre sfarsitul fierberii se adauga untul si si vanilia&lt;br /&gt;
* se pune intr-un bol mai mare sau in boluri mici obtinand portii individuale&lt;br /&gt;
* se serveste cu dulceata,cu sirop de fructe sau cu zahar caramel&lt;br /&gt;
* la servire,pentru un aspect frumos se &amp;quot;zgarie&amp;quot; crusta de deasupra cu o furculita si se toarna acolo putin sirop de visine de ex.Se formeaza desene din siropul care umple acele linii&lt;br /&gt;
