* coaja rasa de lamaie sau esente dupa gust&lt;br /&gt;
* faina cat cuprinde-aprox 1 kg&lt;br /&gt;
* ulei pentru prajit&lt;br /&gt;

==Preparare==&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* se face o maia din: drojdie,1 lingurita de zahar ,1-2 linguri apa calduta si 1-2 linguri faina&lt;br /&gt;
* se lasa maiaua sa creasca la loc cald csi acoperita cam 15 minute- pana cand volumul este dublu&lt;br /&gt;
* intr-un lighenas se cerna faina&lt;br /&gt;
* peste faina se adauga ouale batute cu zaharul,aromele si sarea &lt;br /&gt;
* se adauga smantana,laptele batut si maiaua&lt;br /&gt;
* se framanta bine un aluat elastic si mai moale- ca la cozonaci.Se ung mainile cu ulei in timpul framantatului.Daca nu sunteti dispusi sa framantati mult aluatul i-l bateti de masa cam de 100 de ori.In acest timp aluatul devine fin ,elastic si aminteste de lobul urechii&lt;br /&gt;
* se pune ligheanul la loc cald si ferit de curenti ca sa creasca .Se acopera vasul cu un servet&lt;br /&gt;
* cresterea dureaza cam 1 ora timp in care aluatul isi dubleaza volumul&lt;br /&gt;
* pe masa presarata cu faina se intinde o foaie cam de 1 cm grosime din care se taie gogosi cu un pahar dat prin faina &lt;br /&gt;
* se lasa gogosile sa mai creasca putin pe masa si apoi se prajesc in mult ulei incins&lt;br /&gt;
* se scurg pe prosoape absorbante  si se pudreaza calde&lt;br /&gt;
* se servesc fierbinti alaturi de o limonada sau o socata rece&lt;/div&gt;</summary>
