Delicioasa, cu gust placut de unt, se intareste cam in doua ore si da un aspect frumos si elegant dulciurilor preparate acasa.&lt;br /&gt;
==Ingrediente==&lt;br /&gt;
* 1.5 linguri unt proaspat 80% grasime&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 cana zahar pudra cernut&lt;br /&gt;
* 2-3 linguri apa clocotita&lt;br /&gt;
==Preparare==&lt;br /&gt;
* se incalzeste untul pe baie de aburi&lt;br /&gt;
* se adauga zaharul pudra fin cernut si se amesteca bine&lt;br /&gt;
* se adauga apa clocotita lingura cu lingura. Se amesteca bine dupa fiecare lingura de apa pana la obtinerea consistentei dorite-glazura trebuie sa fie groasa, dar sa curga, incat sa poata fi intinsa cu usurinta pe suprafetele ce trebuie glazurate.&lt;br /&gt;
* glazura poate fi colorata cu cacao cernuta, caz in care se reduce proportional cantitatea de zahar pudra&lt;br /&gt;
* glazura poate fi aromatizata dupa gust cu putina vanilie&lt;br /&gt;
