* reteta mea este putin mai altfel, in sensul ca nu se leaga intai un sirop din tot zaharul si 600 ml apa in care se adauga fructele rase ci se prepara o foarte mica cantitate de sirop in care adaug repede fructele.Aceasta  face ca fierberea gemului sa se faca foarte repede, deoarece nu trebuie sa &amp;quot;scap&amp;quot; de apa adaugata in plus, prin fierbere si respectiv evaporare.&lt;br /&gt;
Gustul ramane pregnant de fruct, culoarea este deschisa si foarte placuta si in plus nu sunt probleme de pastrare. Folosesc reteta de 25 de ani si nu am dat rateuri.&lt;br /&gt;
