Cantitatile sunt orientative in functie de de doriti sa realizati, de grosimea si marimea gardutului.&lt;br /&gt;
Se foloseste ciocolata cu mun 55 % cacao.Nu se foloseste ulei!!!!!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* se taie ciocolata in bucati mici si cat mai egale pentru a asigura o topire rapida si uniforma&lt;br /&gt;
* se topeste ciocolata pe aburi avand grija sa nu se infierbante prea tare-caz in care ciocolata poate sa se intareasca, sa faca cocoloase, sa se separe de grasimea pe care o contine(caz in care nu mai poate fi folosita )&lt;br /&gt;
* se toarna ciocolata topita intr-un cornet din hartie de copt-ca si cornetul de seminte.Se inchide punga de hartie la capat.&lt;br /&gt;
