==Descriere==&lt;br /&gt;
Gustoase ,sanatoase si foarte usor de preparat&lt;br /&gt;
Miros atat de imbietor !&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
==Ingrediente==&lt;br /&gt;
Cantitatile sunt pentru 3-4 persoane&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* 800 g piept de pui fara os si fara piele&lt;br /&gt;
* 2 cepe marisoare&lt;br /&gt;
* 12-13 ciuperci micute si cu codita(sa nu curge pe gratar sucul ciupercilor)&lt;br /&gt;
* 10-12 rosii mici&lt;br /&gt;
* 2-3 ardei grasi colorati&lt;br /&gt;
* optional-1-2 mere(au un gust foarte special datorita caramelizarii pe flacara)&lt;br /&gt;
* 3-4 linguri ulei&lt;br /&gt;
* 3-4 catei de usturoi&lt;br /&gt;
* sare&lt;br /&gt;
* piper&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 lamaie&lt;br /&gt;

==Preparare==&lt;br /&gt;
* se pun betele pentru frigaruii intr-un vas cu apa(vezi mici secrete in sectiunea  Sfaturi pentru bucatarie ABC )&lt;br /&gt;
* se spala si se portioneaza carnea de pui in bucati potrivite,de circa 4/4 cm&lt;br /&gt;
* se spala,se curata si se taie legumele,cam de aceeasi marime cu a carnii-se vor frige toate odata.Bucatile mai mari decat altele de pe o frigaruie se vor gati mai repede,existand nesansa sa se arda in asteptarea prepararii si o celorlalte bucati&lt;br /&gt;
* se face o marinata din :zeama de lamaie,sare,piper,usturoi zdrobit fin si ulei&lt;br /&gt;
* se ung bine bucatile de carne si se lasa la marinat 30 minute&lt;br /&gt;
* legumele se stropesc cu putin ulei si se asezoneaza cu sare si piper&lt;br /&gt;
* se formeaza frigaruile prin introducerea pe bete a ingredientelor deja pragatite-in ordinea si cu ponderea pe care o doriti&lt;br /&gt;
* se aseaza frigaruile pe gratarul incins si bine uns cu ulei&lt;br /&gt;
* frigaruile se rumenesc frumos,pe toate partile ,proces care dureaza cam 15 minute&lt;br /&gt;
