* 450 g faina (de exemplu GRANIA PT COZONAC)&lt;br /&gt;
* 3 galbenusuri de ou&lt;br /&gt;
* 3 linguri zahar tos&lt;br /&gt;
* 0.5 lingurite sare&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 plic drojdie uscata(7 g)&lt;br /&gt;
* lapte caldut(aprox 500 ml)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
=== Crema ===&lt;br /&gt;
* 2 pachete unt( preferabil un unt cu 80% grasime deoarece contine apa putina/ex MILLI)&lt;br /&gt;
* 6 linguri zahar pudra&lt;br /&gt;
* un praf de sare&lt;br /&gt;
* nuca prajita usor la cuptor si apoi macinata - aprox 500g&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
== Preparare ==&lt;br /&gt;
# se freaca spuma cele 3 galbenusuri cu zaharul pana ce volumul se dubleaza&lt;br /&gt;
#* cu lingura de lemn, cu telul sau cu mixerul&lt;br /&gt;
# se adauga sarea, drojdia si aproximativ 250 ml lapte caldut, continuand amestecarea pana la dizolvarea zaharului&lt;br /&gt;
# se pune faina peste oua si se framanta un aluat potrivit de tare (se mai pune lapte daca mai este nevoie)&lt;br /&gt;
# aluatul se acopera cu un servet si se lasa la loc cald si ferit de curenti de aer ca sa creasca (timp de 1 ora)&lt;br /&gt;
# intre timp, se freaca spuma untul cu zaharul pudra&lt;br /&gt;
#* cand se foloseste zahar pudra, acesta se cerne pentru a nu avea cocoloase&lt;br /&gt;
# dupa 1 ora se imparte aluatul in doua parti egale&lt;br /&gt;
# se presara putina faina pe masa si cu un sucitor se intinde o foaie de 5 mm&lt;br /&gt;
# se unge foaia cu jumatate din crema de unt si se presara jumatate din nuca deasupra cremei&lt;br /&gt;
# se face un sul care se taie in 6 bucati egale&lt;br /&gt;
#* la fel se procedeaza cu ambele foi de aluat&lt;br /&gt;
# bucatile de rulou se aseaza in picioare, intr-o tava rotunda de 30 cm diametru, unsa cu unt sau margarina&lt;br /&gt;
#* tava trebuie sa fie mai inalta, sau folositi o cratita&lt;br /&gt;
#* bucatile se pun in tava distantate, deoarece aluatul va creste&lt;br /&gt;
# se lasa rulourile sa creasca in tava cam 30 min dupa care tava se introduce in cuptorul cald, la foc mediu si la mijlocul cuptorului (pe inaltime) pt 30 min pana cand se rumeneste&lt;br /&gt;
# se scoate tava si se unge cu pensula cu lapte din abundenta (pt luciu) &lt;br /&gt;
# se mai coace cateva minute&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
== Servire ==&lt;br /&gt;
Se serveste calda sau rece.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
== Mici secrete ==&lt;br /&gt;
* Pentru reusita unui aluat se aduc toate ingredientele in bucatarie cu circa 3 ore inainte pt uniformizarea temperaturii&lt;br /&gt;
* Drojdia uscata este o drojdie instant care se foloseste direct in aluat (ca mai sus). &lt;br /&gt;
* Drojdia proaspata se foloseste altfel. In acest caz trebuia facuta intai o plamada, rezultata din amestecarea urmatoarelor, si lasarea amestecului la crescut:&lt;br /&gt;
** drojdia lichefiata cu 1 lingura lapte caldut si o lingurita de zahar&lt;br /&gt;
** 1-2 linguri faina&lt;br /&gt;
