Cantitatile sunt pentru o damigeana de 5 l&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* 3-4 kg coarne bine coapte&lt;br /&gt;
* 1.5 kg zahar tos&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 l alcool 90 grade&lt;br /&gt;
* 2-3 batoane de scortisoara&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
==Preparare==&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* se spala fructele si se introduc in vas astfel incat sa ocupe 3/4 din volum&lt;br /&gt;
* printre frucate se introduc batoanele de scortisoara&lt;br /&gt;
* se adauga zaharul si se scutura usor&lt;br /&gt;
* se acopera vasul si se tine in loc cald si umbros, agitandu-l usor in fiecare zi pana la completa dizolvare a zaharului&lt;br /&gt;
* se adauga alcoolul si se inchide bine vasul&lt;br /&gt;
* se depoziteaza damigeana in camara sau in beci si se lasa la macerat timp de 2-3 luni&lt;br /&gt;
* se filtreaza inainte de servire prin filtrul de cafea de exemplu&lt;br /&gt;
