Ingredientele sunt pentru 2 checuri.&lt;br /&gt;
* 6 oua&lt;br /&gt;
* 6 linguri zeama de lamaie&lt;br /&gt;
* 6 linguri ulei&lt;br /&gt;
* 1.5 cani de zahar&lt;br /&gt;
* 1.5 cani de faina&lt;br /&gt;
* amoniac/praf de copt&lt;br /&gt;

== Preparare ==&lt;br /&gt;
# se separa ouale in doua castroane &lt;br /&gt;
# mai intai se bat albusurile cu mixerul si apoi peste ele se adauga, in ploaie, zaharul&lt;br /&gt;
# galbenusurile se freaca cu zeama de lamaie si uleiul, iar compozitia obtinuta se rastoarna apoi peste albusurile batute&lt;br /&gt;
# se amesteca bine, dupa care se adauga un praf de sare, amoniacul stins cu lamaie sau praful de copt&lt;br /&gt;
# la sfarsit se pune faina treptat, amestecand continuu&lt;br /&gt;
# este de preferat sa adaugati mirodenii, gen esenta de vanilie sau migdale pentru a da un gust placut checului&lt;br /&gt;
# se ung 2 forme de chec si se tapeteaza cu faina&lt;br /&gt;
# compozitia se toarna in mod egal, iar deasupra acestora se pot pune nuci pentru a da un aspect placut&lt;br /&gt;
