## un strat cat mai uniform de felii de rosii, usturoi, fasii de ardei gras, (si iute, optional)&lt;br /&gt;
## un strat de cartofi taiati felii nu prea groase&lt;br /&gt;
## alt strat de felii de rosii plus fasii de ardei gras, sare dupa gust&lt;br /&gt;
## putin ulei, cat sa acopere superficial fundul tavii&lt;br /&gt;
# se baga la cuptor cu foc iute primele 10 minute, apoi foc moale 30 de minute&lt;br /&gt;
# intre timp se pregateste un amestec de:&lt;br /&gt;
## oua batute&lt;br /&gt;
## frunze de patrunjel si marar tocate marunt&lt;br /&gt;
## ceva frunze de cimbru&lt;br /&gt;
## cascaval ras&lt;br /&gt;
## optional, putin piper&lt;br /&gt;
# cand cartofii sunt suficient de copti, se stinge focul si se intinde cat mai uniform deasupra compozitiei, amestecul sus-mentionat&lt;br /&gt;
# tava se lasa in cuptor pana la coagularea oualelor batute&lt;br /&gt;
#* ouale capata un aspect aparent de &amp;quot;panza de mucegai&amp;quot; cu petele colorate specifice, intinsa aleatoriu peste compozitie&lt;br /&gt;
