 Cantitatile sunt pentru 2 persoane&lt;br /&gt;

==Preparare==&lt;br /&gt;

* se spala si se curata de coaja cartofii&lt;br /&gt;
* se rad cartofii prin razatoarea cu ochiuri mici&lt;br /&gt;
* cartofii rasi se strang bine intre palme  ,pentru a elimina sucul in exces&lt;br /&gt;
* se amesteca cartofii rasi cu ouale,sarea,piperul si mararul(mararul da tot farmecul!) &lt;br /&gt;
* se incinge bine o tigaie care se unge cu bucatica de unt &lt;br /&gt;
* se rastoarna compozitia in tigaie si se netezeste frumos&lt;br /&gt;
* se rumeneste bine pe o parte ca orice omleta&lt;br /&gt;
* fiind o omleta groasa si destul de fragila, intoarcerea se poate face cu ajutorul unei farfurii in care se translateaza omleta pe partea coapta.Se aseaza apoi tigaia(care nu are grasime) peste  farfuria cu omleta si se rastoarna.Se prajeste si pe cealalta parte.&lt;br /&gt;
